Please transfer an entrance fee and an attendance charge to the
specified bank account. When transfer is able to be checked, I will
consider as formal entrance-formalities completion. I am allowed
to carry out introduction of the loan company in loan hope. Please
consult freely.

| 4. I mail a text and a set of teaching materials. |

I will carry out mailing of a set of teaching materials required
before attendance. Please confirm the contents in advance. It is,
when the days to attendance are imminent and I pass at orientation
that day.

changes with attendance courses. Please bring writing implements with
