Dispel lumbago by a stretch

It is an introduction of the slightly high lumbago cancellation technique this time. At first please watch (photograph 19). The guard massages the buttocks with an elbow in the state that stretched behind throughout in this way. In fact, it is many things unexpectedly to be muscle fatigue, but, as for the cause of the lumbago, this technique is effective for these symptoms right out.

Then we will do it. We will have a guard lie on his/her face. We start from the place the person massaging kneels near the foot of the guard, and to sit down. We make one's foot gradually come at the last minute with a guard. If one's thigh overlaps with the thigh of the partner, the position is OK. Then, the person massaging nearly falls forward as the state that crossed a hand while defeating an elbow in front of an expectation, an elbow on the buttocks. The weight of the person whom we massage by doing it this way comes to the affected part of the guard, and pressure gradually enters. The person massaging softens the whole arm, and what we massage by weight movement to the last is a point. We turn an elbow, and right and left alternation may be given it. Because the gluteal muscle is big, it is pleased when we stimulate the whole throughout.

The reason why we fall down is that we conduct it by weight movement to the last. It does not so happen quite often to draw out only with the power of the arm. There is the worry that disturbs the body of the guard when we suddenly pull it. Please please perform pulling, a limit to bend in spite of being a thought slowly. We are effective even if we wave it to right and left at the position that we drew out most highly.
