Massage a back and a waist


We introduce popular technique to ease the stiffness of a back and the leg this time. Please watch (photograph 17). The person massaging eases the stiffness of the back with a finger and a palm. Because there is the backbone in the middle of the back, it is common we avoid this part, and to untie bilateral back at the same time. It will be found that there are a firm part and a soft part when we can scratch the muscle of this part towards a shoulder from the waist and watch a muscle lengthwise. This hard part is stiffness.
