OK, it is shoulder discomfort / neck stiffness this time. At first please watch (photograph 4). It became slightly complicated. We will do our best. Even if the appearance seems to be complicated, it is not a so difficult thing when it actually does it. Then at first let's begin it after we wave an arm around, and warming up.

At first we catch the right arm of the guard by one's right hand and extend straight it to the top. Then we put one's right elbow together on the muscle of the right shoulder of the guard in spite of being folding from an elbow like a photograph perpendicularly. We pull the wrist of the partner to the direction of the left shoulder with one's right elbow lightly as a fulcrum. Here, please be careful about powers.
