Nuad Bo Rarn Technique 07

Elbow Rolling

Nuad Bo Rarn Technique/Elbow Rolling

The rolling is the technique that we can write pressure while turning it with a wide aspect from some antebrachium rather than a cubital corner. The distance of the rolling is fixed by the distance of the skin surface to turn an arm to spontaneously so that a burden does not have the surface of the skin because we can rub against the surface of each other's skin when we turn an arm at the same position and can hang it. It is a point that this puts weight rather than the power of the arm, and take pressure. At first we force the side of the antebrachial stomach and push it to the back side while rolling it. We turn it reversely inwardly and cannot do it only by extrorse opening of a store in this way. The strength weakness of the pressure can control even rolling, but may hit a bone and a bone on antebrachium depending on a site to massage in there being the place where the skin surface is close in a bone. Therefore we avoid the pressure on unpleasant bone while always feeling the physical situation of the receiver, and let's perform it. There is many it, and this rolling technique is used with the cucullaris muscle of an arch of a foot and the shoulder of the sole, the quadriceps femoris muscle of the thigh.
