INTERVIEW of alumni: the Secret of Success

■Advertise 24 hours with interesting homepage

We are trying to make out customers, by hearing their voice, the way of speaking "hello", and saying thank you for your visit.
Such a small surprise moves the heart of the visitor and thinks that I may come to have you trust our salon and staff.

Even if it is a high-quality salon sense even if it is a convenience store sense because it is healing business, I heal a visitor and think how long. ■At first, you have to work yourself as a massage expert and as a manager.

Though a person thinking that you should polish techniques well, I think it’s not good idea. Because our massage is a private qualification, it is not technical profession.
It belongs to the service sector. Of course, as for reflexology and chiropractic and the curing a bodily disorder by massage, manual therapeutics, chiropractic etc., as for the traditional Thai massage, it is a private qualification. However, there is the person who wants to look good like a doctor. Then he should become a doctor; ...Of course without technique it doesn’t make sense. But it is not enough. To smile, put attention to the customers and understand them, these to be more important. Reflexology is not logic. I graduate from school, of course I acquired the technique. But it is important to show that I say even if the attention and a smile are more important from experience after having done a technique. I always keep the mind that I am a massage expert and a manager. The expert has viewpoint whether he did massage well or not. But, from the manager’s viewpoint, it’s important whether the customers come again. If manager does not have technique, he can’t say to the staff "You don’t have technique"! If staffs are said such a thing, they all will surely resign. I have some staffs. If I don’t have technique, I won’t be able to understand them. We go through not only pleasure, but also hardness and frustration. Therefore if you don’t have technique, the business will not go well. My employees are working well now. But at the beginning, it was hard. I was bothered when staff resigned suddenly. In this case, I worked out every day. It is necessary to have the spirit to pass through even if I become alone. You have to show staffs how to work, and then you can become a real manager. Some people are misunderstanding that it’s possible to carry because with the space and the staffs. Thus everybody easily becomes president if this idea is right.
