Lucy Dat Tong called Thai style yoga was the self-care exercises that the monks of Buddihism performed in old days. "Lucy"means "a hermit." "Dat"means "stretch". "Tong"is a meaning called "oneself". In other words the meaning of hermit exercises to perform by oneself. Here, I give lessons in 54 traditional poses. Anyway, in Lucy Dat Tong, breathing is important. The repetition to "vomit" breath for a while while it can be rich, and moving again it is the pose that is not so difficult that you are inexperienced, and is possible, but "to breathe" unlike yoga while moving is readily a toilsome thing. A characteristic big the turn in particular is not decided, but breathing being reverse to the yoga. You should become considerably well-conditioned when you perform five times - 15 times of same poses per day. Mind rotates to the cell of the whole body by fixing the muscular strength balance of right and left to happen from an everyday lifestyle or habit because physical condition images it so that oxygen sinks into a body not to mention what is fixed.
Please get the DVD after lessons to lecture completion at home if you purchase original DVD (we sell distinction 5,800 yen) not to mention a text. Because breathing is displayed with the DVD by a screen, the person who was not remembered in a lecture is reliable. ※ By the way, there is not the Lucy Dat Tong DVD with the breathing indication elsewhere. Does this surely have the yoga which you gave up with a complicated pose?
